We do things a little differently- we don’t do blends. instead we focus on narrowing down our coffees to single lots.

What this means for you is a cleaner flavour and easier tasting notes because of the increased consistency of the beans.

What this means for us is more scrutiny and higher costs in buying and roasting practices but vastly more rewarding experiences and relationships.
